1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 2bat ("2bat", "the Company", "we", "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 2bat.bet ("the Platform"). These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2bat.

By clicking "Register", completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or accessing any product on the 2bat Platform, you conclusively confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• All information you have provided to 2bat during registration is true, accurate, and complete.

If you are accessing the 2bat Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2Eligibility & Age Policy

To be eligible to register and use the 2bat Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering in a personal capacity;
• You have not previously had a 2bat account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of 2bat, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• Online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your country or jurisdiction of residence.

Age Verification Procedure

2bat conducts age verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You will be required to submit a copy of your Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or equivalent government-issued identity document confirming your date of birth. No withdrawal will be processed from any account that has not completed age verification. Where 2bat has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder may be under 21, the account will be suspended pending verification and all betting activity during the suspended period will be voided.

3Account Registration & KYC

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 2bat Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited. 2bat uses a combination of device fingerprinting, IP tracking, payment method cross-referencing, and document verification to detect and act on multi-accounting.

Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information throughout the life of your account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2bat login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any third party. 2bat will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it, unless 2bat is determined to be at fault due to a security breach on its own systems.

KYC Documentation

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 2bat requires the following documents to be submitted and verified:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of your CNIC (front and back), valid passport, or driving licence;
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, or bank account used for deposits;
• Source of Funds: 2bat may request evidence of the source of funds used to deposit in certain circumstances, including large transactions or where AML monitoring flags require further investigation.

2bat reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 2bat may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency

All 2bat accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees charged by 2bat. The PKR balance displayed in your account at all times reflects your available funds net of any pending bets or bonus wagering requirements.

Accepted Payment Methods

2bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer. Retail cash deposit facilities are also available through designated agent networks. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. 2bat does not accept payments from any payment method not registered in the name of the account holder.

Deposit Limits & Processing

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 2bat account instantly. Bank transfers may take between 1–3 banking hours depending on the sending institution. 2bat does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: 1–4 hours on business days;
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank): up to 24 hours on business days;
• Withdrawals submitted after 10:00 PM PKT or on public holidays in Pakistan may be processed on the next business day.

Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in the same name as the 2bat account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 2bat reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal back to the account balance if the receiving payment method rejects the transfer.

5Bonuses & Promotions

2bat offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR as bonus balance, separate from your real-money balance;
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotional offer;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings are forfeited;
• 2bat reserves the right to restrict specific games from contributing to bonus wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type are published in each offer's specific terms;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Multiple accounts created to claim additional welcome bonuses constitute bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances;
• 2bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice;
• 2bat reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or breach of these Terms by the player.

6Betting Rules & Game Play

All bets placed on the 2bat Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product through which the bet is placed — sports betting, live casino, slots, or virtual games. In all cases, the following general rules apply:

• Bets can only be placed by registered, logged-in users with sufficient real-money or eligible bonus balance to cover the stake;
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the 2bat system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the player;
• 2bat reserves the right to void bets at any time where there is evidence of an error in the odds, a technical malfunction, or where the integrity of the market is in question;
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the records maintained by 2bat's server logs constitute the authoritative record. In live casino games, the outcome as determined by the live dealer and their equipment is final;
• 2bat does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market, or betting product. Games and markets may be suspended, withdrawn, or have their terms changed at any time;
• Maximum bet limits and maximum win limits apply to all products. These limits are available within the respective product interfaces and are subject to change at 2bat's discretion;
• The use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets on 2bat is strictly prohibited.

7Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2bat Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (real money and bonus), and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or through third parties acting on your behalf;
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through patterns of play designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies and coordinated play across accounts;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Fraud and chargebacks: Making fraudulent deposits, initiating unjustified payment chargebacks, or using stolen or unauthorised payment methods;
• Money laundering: Using the 2bat Platform to facilitate the laundering of proceeds of crime. 2bat has AML obligations under its international gaming license and is required to report suspicious financial activity;
• Technical exploitation: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the 2bat Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void;
• Threats or harassment: Making threats, using abusive language, or engaging in harassing conduct towards 2bat staff or other users.

8Responsible Gaming

2bat is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming environment for all players. As a condition of its international gaming license, 2bat maintains a comprehensive Responsible Gaming framework that includes the following tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account settings without requiring a support ticket:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your 2bat account;
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can lose;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic notifications reminding you how long you have been playing in the current session;
• Cool-down Period: Take a temporary break from gambling for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 2bat Platform for a minimum period of 6 months or on a permanent basis.

Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon submission. 9Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by 2bat is governed by the 2bat Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. In summary, 2bat collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing (where consent has been given). 2bat does not sell personal data to third parties. 10Intellectual Property

All content on the 2bat Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of 2bat or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2bat Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 2bat Platform without the prior written consent of 2bat.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2bat's total cumulative liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 2bat account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

2bat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of enjoyment, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether 2bat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, 2bat is not liable for:

• Any losses resulting from the interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond 2bat's reasonable control (force majeure events);
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or telecommunications operators;
• Any loss suffered as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any inaccuracy in odds or game rules resulting from manifest errors, which 2bat reserves the right to correct and void bets accordingly.

12Amendments to Terms

2bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, 2bat will provide reasonable notice to affected users via email or a prominent notification on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the 2bat Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13 below. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible on the 2bat website and supersedes all previous versions.

13Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may close your 2bat account at any time by submitting a written request to 2bat's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance that has met all wagering requirements will be returned to your registered payment method following the standard withdrawal process and KYC verification. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited.

Suspension or Closure by 2bat

2bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from the player's payment provider;
• Court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a law enforcement authority;
• Responsible gaming grounds, including where 2bat determines it is in the player's best interests to restrict access to the Platform.

Where an account is closed by 2bat for reasons other than breach of these Terms or fraud, any real-money balance will be returned to the player following the standard withdrawal process.

14Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2bat holds its international gaming license.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and 2bat, you must follow the following escalation procedure:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to 2bat's customer support team via live chat or email. 2bat will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days;
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If you are not satisfied with the outcome at Step 1, you may submit a formal written complaint to 2bat's Compliance Department at [email protected], marked "Formal Complaint". 2bat will provide a final written response within 14 business days;
3. Step 3 — Licensing Authority: If your complaint remains unresolved following Step 2, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by 2bat's international gaming licensing authority for independent adjudication.

The submission of a dispute does not relieve you of your obligations under these Terms. 2bat's decision on any matter relating to gaming outcomes, bonus calculations, or bet settlements, where supported by server-side logs, shall be final and binding in the absence of clear evidence of a technical error attributable to 2bat.
